I suggest your use something like blogger dot com or WP although once you get going some CPA affiliate may not allow ads on free blogs in this case you can host your WP blogs.
Hosting a WP blog is pretty easy to learn but does require some time if you don't know it already ,use youtube and WP site to learn.
I use hostgator hosting myself for my hosted sites but I do have free blogger sites also.
